Cellulite Treatment Sydney

Finding the Right Cellulite Treatment in Sydney

Cellulite treatment is the bane of many a woman’s existence. It affects primarily women over men and can be present no matter a woman’s shape or size. Thin women are just as likely to have cellulite as larger women. And it is universally detested by all. Cellulite most commonly appears on the back of the thighs, buttocks, and in the saddle bag area on the sides of the thighs. It is sometimes present on the abdomen and even the back of the upper arms.

What is cellulite?

Cellulite Treatment Sydney has a number of medical terms but the most common names for it in colloquial English orange peel syndrome, cottage cheese skin, hail damage, and the mattress phenomenon. It is present in some people and not in others because of individual genetic factors that affect fat distribution and the way that the connective tissue supports the fatty tissue.

What causes cellulite?

The factors that create cellulite are not clearly understood. While there are several theories about why it exists in some people, the most universally accepted is the theory based on genetics: Genes may make an individual more prone than another to cellulite – these genes genetic characteristics sex, race, metabolic tendencies, circulatory conditions and fat distribution. Other well-accepted contributing factors include:

  • Hormones including estrogen, insulin, noradrenaline, thyroid hormones and prolactin
  • Diet including consumption of excessive amounts of fat, carbohydrates, sodium and too little fiber
  • Lifestyle factors including smoking, too little exercise and sitting or standing in one position for much of the day.
  • Apparel choice including wearing underwear that is too tight and thus limiting circulation in affected areas.

Can I make changes to my lifestyle, like diet and exercise, to get rid of cellulite or at least to prevent it from occurring in the first place?

Though lifestyle and diet are known to increase the formation of cellulite, once it exists, changes to lifestyle are not likely to create a significant impact. Eating healthy, natural, minimally processed foods like fruits, vegetables, and plenty of fiber can help one to avoid cellulite. Drinking plenty of water and staying hydrated may help to flush the system. In addition, regular exercise, maintenance of a healthy weight, and stress reduction are recommended to prevent cellulite. Clothing suggestions include thongs, boy shorts, or looser fitting undergarments may prevent cellulite that may form due to tight elastic.

How can I get rid of cellulite?

The only proven ways to address cellulite once it has formed are through surgical treatment and non-surgical medical therapy like liquid lipolysis, Lipodissolve, and various laser, light and ultrasound device treatments.

I love the laser cellulite treatment. The downtime is minimal, and it really crushes the fat out of your body parts. It can be the arms, thighs, and buttocks, whatever you have problems with. I had the most fat on my stomach; I guess it’s just in my genes. I looked like I had a beer belly, but otherwise I am slim. I can’t say that I’m a model but the cellulite on my stomach was just too much. The laser really helped. No home cellulite treatment with creams and messages can do that, it’s just not possible. Of course, it can help, but the treatments doctors can do for you in a clinic are much more efficient and fast! I would recommend it to all, because it’s really not a big deal, and you can notice that your waist size has gone down in a really fast speed!

These seem like effective cellulite treatments. Firstly, I am glad that I know more about this stuff. Nobody ever tells you how you get cellulite and what influences it. You hear some stuff on the TV, but experts don’t really address this issue much because it’s a cosmetics thing. I don’t really care how much the cellulite treatment costs as long as it does what it claims to do. I’ve gone for ultrasound therapy, and this is only my first session. I am thrilled that I feel no pain whatsoever… It even got me worried, because I don’t see a difference, but I know that it needs some time and a couple of more treatments, because some parts of my body I’ve neglected for years and years back and tortured with bad nutrition and no exercise. So, if you really decide to go for one of these procedures, you should be aware of the fact that you need to be consistent and very patient, because results don’t just come in one day.

If I can help, let me say that cellulite treatment reviews on different website around the Internet told me many different stories when it comes to the cellulite treatment cost. It can depend on several factors. One can be the clinic or the doctor. Cost can vary from clinic to clinic, that’s just individual. Some clinic can charge a lot for, let’s say the laser treatment, yet it doesn’t really mean that it is the best clinic out there.

Also, they change the prices when it comes to the procedures as well. I have become aware of that laser treatments in general are the most expensive ones, and I’m not sure why, but it seems to be like that. Ultrasound therapy comes after that and then all of the rest… Less painful, but less effective as well. So, do the math yourself and figure out which procedure is worth the money.

I always thought that the best cellulite treatment is exercise and massage, and nutrition. And although that helps, I’ve come to realise, when I turned 25, that some fat patches no exercise can get rid of. I’m an athlete, I am a dance choreographer and I dance basically every day. It’s pretty frustrating to know that I lead such a healthy lifestyle and that I can’t get rid of cellulite naturally. And I can’t describe how much I hate those little fat spots on my thighs and stomach. Some wouldn’t even notice it, but I do.

I took my obsession to the extreme and found the best cellulite treatment there is out there. I found a pretty great clinic in Sydney that does all the beauty treatments you can imagine. There were several choices, but I opted for the laser one. Since I had little patches of fat, I took care of it in two treatments, for real! It just seems to be broken down and disappeared, as it never even was there in the first place! The entire treatment was a bit uncomfortable, I felt some stinging after it and I did feel a little weird when I was sitting down that first day. But after that it was as if nothing had ever happened. If you ask me, go for it!

My name is Cassidy. Now I’m puzzled… Well, I’m having a struggle, let’s say. What’s the difference between the laser anti cellulite treatment and the ultrasound treatment? I know that it must be a different machine or technique, but which one is more efficient in its work? And also, I’m guessing that the cellulite treatment cost differs on the procedure as well… Is the third option with injections? I’m really ashamed sometimes that I have no clue about these things!

Sorry to break it to you all.. but..there is no natural cellulite treatment, I tell you. How can you believe that! Exercise and dieting is fine, but that takes a long time, and even if you skip one day of exercise and you gobble down a cheeseburger, it will show on your body. That’s why medicine has evolved so far, and we should totally take advantage sometimes that has been created for us to make us more beautiful.

To make my fat disappear and have my skin look tight and right, I went for a cellulite treatment in Sydney. Sydney has the best clinics, in my opinion. I lived in the US for a while and I can say the clinics there are nowhere near as good as the ones here in Sydney. You have to do a lot more research to find a good place in the US where as in Sydney I found the doctors are mostly reputable and know what they are doing. So I had no trouble at all with my laser treatment. It was a great experience, and nothing to be afraid of.

I’ve grown accustomed to the discomfort the laser can make you feel, because I’ve treated my face with the laser, got my body hair removed with the laser, so you see what I mean. And I’ve survived, and I love it, because after that I could just walk out and continue with shopping. Don’t waste time on creams and massages, you’ll just waste more money than on a laser.
