Non-Surgical Face lift

Do Non-Surgical Facelifts work?

Non-surgical facelift is a non-invasive treatment intended to freshen and rejuvenate the face without surgery. The face is the most visible part of a person and is thus what creates a huge part of any first impression. Over time, the skin loses elasticity and freshness as a result of age, exposure to the environmental elements, gravity, and lifestyle factors like smoking, among other things. Unlike in other areas of the body, your facial skin is attached directly to the muscles. With age, these muscles begin to tire and droop making your skin sag and wrinkle.

With a non-surgical facelift procedure, newer non-invasive technologies, like laser or ultrasonic waves can be used instead of the traditional surgical method for regaining skin tightness. These technologies combined with injectable fillers to prevent wrinkle-producing facial expressions, can help you to achieve incredible results.

While a traditional facelift surgery cannot be completely replaced by a non-surgical facelift treatment, the non-invasive alternative definitely produces impressive results and can boost your self-confidence.

Non-Surgical Face lift Targets Several Areas

With the help of a non-invasive facelift, you can improve the appearance of your face, and specific concerns that may be affecting you. These may include draping skin on the neck and chin. Neckbands, also known as turkey neck, are caused due to the prominence of the platysma muscles, accumulation of the fat and saggy skin on the neck.

Another very common effect of ageing is hooding of the eyelids from loss of elasticity in that delicate area. Loss of collagen and elastin fibers causes the padded support below your eyebrows to droop and shrink. Non-surgical eyelifts, and non-surgical necklifts can be part of the non-surgical facelift procedure.

Which Non-Surgical Facelift Option is Right for you?

Since non-surgical facelifts come in so many different forms, it is advisable to understand which treatment will suit your skin best, and select the right one under proper medical supervision. Trained professional physicians, with an intensive understanding of the facial muscles and skin anatomy and physiology, can guide you effectively to understand these treatments. They use proven technologies and methods of tightening the skin and muscles where required in a non-surgical facelift. From taking the very first session of treatment, you will see great and fabulous results; your skin will look fresher and healthier.

A lot of at-home brands promise to show results from the very first use, but beware: These products are high on promises and low on results. Non-surgical face-lift kits for home use (like DermaWand) do not have the efficiency to provide you with the results you expect. Reputed medically administered brands like Thermage, Refirme, and Ultherapy have a long history of safe and effective non-surgical facelift treatment.

How Does Non-Surgical Facelift Technology Work?

Collagen is a natural protein that keeps your skin firm, toned and elastic, giving the skin its youthful qualities. Thermage non-surgical facelift tightens the existing collagen and stimulates fresh collagen production, leaving your skin smoother and younger looking. Thermage works best the earlier in life one begins the treatment.

Ultherapy is another brand available in non-surgical facelift treatments. It is approximately equivalent to Thermage in its ability to produce results. After the age of 50, these treatments can help to prevent further sagging of the skin. The Ultherapy ultrasound tightens the skin subtly and is best used to maintain tight jawlines and band necks. The treatments are useful for non-surgical brow lifts as well.

Refirme is a skin treatment that tightens the skin, reduces wrinkles and jowls without invasive surgery. The Refirme mechanism emits bipolar radio frequency (RF) and infrared light to heat skin and shrink collagen fibers, making the skin tight and smooth. Refirme offers a great non-surgical facelift alternative thanks to its combination of RadioFrequency and optical technology. Feedback from patients indicates excellent results with most patients leaving the office noticing instant changes that became more pronounced over time. The areas that were most notably improved were the neck and jaw line. In addition, patients consistently note that their skin looks radiant and feels smooth and supple after a Refirme NXT treatment.

Dermawand is a great facelift product. I have been using it for several months, if you have not heard about dermawand it certainly is something you should consider. It is very cheap and you can conveniently use it at home. It works like a facelift just without the hassle of going to a clinic and having a full treatment. It is safe, quick and works! I combine it with my daily skincare routine and I have seen some great results.

It took me sometime of convincing to undergo a procedure of any sort and I certainly was not going to consider a surgical option. After seeing non-surgical face lift before and after photos I immediately thought it would be a good option. I spoke to several doctors before I decided where to go and they all promised me there would be little to no downtime, relatively safe. I decided to read non-surgical face lift reviews and they all seemed to be positive so after a year of tossing and turning and thinking about the procedure I finally decided to do it.

I had my doctor fill in the marionette lines near my lips, I had a few acne scars that were filled and I was also recommended botox for my crows feet and forehead wrinkles. The facial injections were practically painless.

The procedure has taken my appearance 10 years back, I look and feel WONDERFUL. Many think the only option of optimum results are invasive surgical face lifts but there are so many other non-surgical procedures which work just as well and are much much safer.

Recently I had a Exoderm procedure, it’s an outstanding facial procedure, better than most other non-surgical facelifts. I had forehead wrinkles, lip wrinkles and fine lines around my eyes. I also had some sun damage. Exoderm procedure stimulates collagen regeneration which in the longer term results in tightening of the facial skin which are what face lifts do. The Exoderm helped with all my problems. Some of my deep wrinkles are still there but much less visible as for my fine lines and they are gone! The sun damage I had has been repaired. The general complexion of my face looks much better, brighter and healthier.

Great work – this article has actually inspired me to get something done about my skin. How much does a face lift cost? I have seen many celebrities have facelifts and their face look great, the issue I think the neck is just as important. I don’t want a young looking face and then an old neck would make me look odd, are there non-surgical neck lifts too? Does a face lift incorporate a neck lift as well?

There are so many face lift procedure options.. what is vampire facelift? It sounds scary… The article mentions thermage, ultherpay and re-firm what are the diffrences between these face lifts? What about after the treatments, are there facelift creams that I need to use? Are these procedures painful??

For those who are considering a non surgical face lift but not sure where to start or what to look at as there are many different options. I have had a thermage treatment done before and it worked great for me. My skin literally looks years younger. There is no downtime after treatment which really makes it worth your while. If you haven’t already looked into them already here are some great treatments: Thermage, Refirme, Ultherapy, Titan. These are great laser treatments and probably work better than injectables.

Nowadays, there are safe ways to make yourself look different or more beautiful. You don’t have to go under the knife.

My sister had a series of treatment, different ones… She went through thermage, lipodissolve and ultherapy… I don’t understand the need for such changes in the body, but I do see that she hasn’t suffered at all and that those treatment seem to be working just fine for her. And that’s okay, we do live in a world where you have to look good to get a job, and you have to maintain your youth…

As long as you are discussing non surgical facelifts I’d like to add that the vampire face lift is awesome! So many ignorant people are saying bad things about it, mainly because they are scared of the name and think it’s called that name because it sucks your blood out… I swear, people have weird theories… But I’ve had wonderful experience and as far as non surgical face lifts are concerned, I’d really recommend the vampire face lift over all the others. Just because it’s not that painful, of course you can feel a certain amount of discomfort, but it’s not a throbbing pain, and you don’t suffer days after that…

Now, I don’t need a face lift. My cheeks are fine and clear, they feel smooth still. My skin doesn’t break out or anything, and the wrinkles aren’t prominent either. My cheeks don’t sag… I do have a problem with my eyes. The eyelids seem to be dropping every year more and more. I can’t even put eye shadow the right way!

I was considering eyelid surgery, but then I ran into this article. Could it be that you can lift your eyelids with a treatment that doesn’t require scalpels and knives?

I wish people could remember how the face lift used to look in the older days.. I don’t do those anymore, but I had two surgical facelifts… It’s really not a joke, and people should be grateful that there are non surgical facelift options these days, which in my personal opinion, seem so easy to go through. It doesn’t seem like you’re doing anything big, unless your not keen on needless, well, that can be tricky then. They’ve invented the non surgical facelifts so far, but who knows what’s next, really. The more I read on the more I regret I wasn’t born in the age of modern wonders. I was born in the age of surgery, and if you wanted to get a facelift, you’d have to go through a lot of pain…

Of course that the non invasive face lift can work! You don’t have to go drastic to get results. I had thermage and I’m super happy with it! It really does stimulate the production of collagen, and those who read, will know that collagen is really important when it comes to skin health! I had three treatments, and I am very happy and positive that there will be even more results!
It just makes me feel better to look at myself in the mirror and see that I am getting younger every day! After the treatment my skin feels tingly, and I get excited so much, and can’t wait to see the results. Thermage, in my opinion, is the best non surgical facelift. I do believe that everyone has different skin and problems, so what worked for me, may not work for others, but I would highly recommend it to everyone who wants to rejuvenate and tighten their skin. Don’t believe in all the nonsense that negative people leave on forums…

Can anyone tell me something about what are the benefits of the modern day treatments like thermage, instead of the old school like Botox? I don’t see a major difference in skin tightening, when I see pictures on the Internet, except, a difference in pricing! My friend was searching for good alternatives for non surgical liposuction, you know, tighten and look younger… But I know I should ask someone who knows something about it, so if you have more knowledge about it than I do… Help us. Thanks!

Do you people really believe in non surgical facelifts….? It’s like believing in colouring your hair without, well, colour. Non surgical face lifts aren’t possible! You cant just go for a light treatment and expect the big turkey neck to be gone, or your cheeks to be fresh and plump. You should learn to deal with it, your aging. Age gracefully, like most of the women do. Or if you don’t want to do it, then at least have the courage to go under the knife! It’s not that big of a deal, but at least then you will have something to look at. A different you, with all the tightness you want.

I live in Sydney. There are so many clinics out here; I don’t know why you are still wondering where to go to. You have so many options, go explore, don’t waste time by thinking it over and over again. I had several treatments for non surgical face lifts, and I’m not going to state the clinic, but I can say all the best. Ever since cosmetic surgery became so open to the public, I’ve researched many different ways to stay young and beautiful. I even went for Botox, and for Botox Sydney is a great place, you just have to find a clinic that does it, and does it good. However, I feel like Botox is a little bit out dated you know? And it might not give the realistic results, like thermage let’s say. With Botox you end up looking a little bit more plastic, than fantastic.

I’m so ashamed to admit it, but nobody knows me here so I’ll just be honest. I have the turkey neck. And although my entire life, and that’s 35 years, I’ve been dealing with it the best way that I can. But, three months ago I decide to stop feeling sorry for myself, and wearing clothes to cover up the neck as best as I could. I read about the best non surgical facelift, and I read that it can also be done on neck area. A neck lift without surgery? Bring it on.
In a couple of days, I’ll be in hands of trained professionals that will try to reduce the appearance of my turkey neck. Hopefully it will be gone, I don’t care how much it costs! I’m scared, but I’ll give it a try!

I had a non surgical nose job, and yes it is possible. I saw the change right after I walked out of my doctor’s office so I believe that just like the non surgical rhinoplasty I experienced, face lifts are also possible. If you don’t want to go through long recovery, just choose one of the less invasive treatments. They aren’t aggressive and you don’t stay in bed for weeks to come. You can really improve the way your face looks, with little damage done. If you really want to erase the signs of aging, than you can’t sit around and wait for a miracle. It’s not just going to happen out of thin air.
This article is full of great suggestions in which direction to go. You won’t get the traditional facelift, but you will still get your money’s worth. You can fix your neck, your face… Eyelids, whatever you want…

First, a non surgical nose job, now a face lift… What’s next, I wonder! I didn’t have a face lift, but I’m not planning on it either. I think people look fake with plastic surgery. There’s just something not so appealing to having your face done, and skin pulled back. Sounds so creepy to me. And that vampire facial treatment… even more scary. What are people thinking injecting that kind of stuff into their face? It just amazes me what kind of things people believe to be helpful. What we all should believe more is nature, and let nature take its course. What we end up looking like is just how we are supposed to look like; it’s a reflection of our lifestyle. These facelifts are like a mask.. You change your face, your expressions. So creepy…

I had eyelid surgery, but I still show a little bit of sagging. I can’t shake it, it’s just so uncomfortable, and it’s starting to frustrate me a lot. I’m only 25 and I don’t want to look like I’m 50! I guess the doctor did a poor job, since it doesn’t look much different. I don’t need a face lift, not at all! My skin is otherwise healthy and radiant… Just the hoods of my eyes… I am so desperate; don’t even know what to do anymore, and who to talk to about it…

If you are a woman, skin rejuvenation is necessary at some point, I don’t believe those women that say they don’t care about their age. Nobody can feel comfortable about their skin once they start getting wrinkles, and lines, and saggy skin. Personally, I am 37 and every time I look in the mirror, I hate the lines around the mouth. Some people say it’s cute, I say it’s ugly and I don’t feel comfortable! Luckily, we live in a world where you can change everything with the right amount of money. I don’t like the non surgical procedures, they just take too long, and when the money adds up it’s the same as plastic surgery. And as for the real face lift, you go in, get it done, handle a little pain, and you have long lasting results. That’s what I like!

My grandmother had a thread lift, and she’s not that old, she’s a young grandma, she’s only 45 years old. After she got it done, she was really all about saying that best non surgical facelift is the thread lift. I wouldn’t really say that, but it has worked for her. She’s forty so maybe that’s the best thing for someone in that age, who just needs to treat their neck area. As a young individual, I read so many about the non surgical facelift options, and I really liked the Vampire face lift. I don’t know, it’s something about the name that got me interested, it really didn’t scare me off, as some people tend to say. It actually attracted me to look more into it, and as I read more and more, I realized that it uses legit ways to make your skin heal and be beautiful and radiant. I still don’t need it, I’m 20, but I like to plan ahead, before it’s too late.

Is thermage a way to get a facelift? I would like to freshen up my face. A bit on the forehead and my neck. I don’t have the turkey neck thankfully. But the skin on my neck is a lot more loose when compared to my entire face, and that’s what makes it stick out. And yes, I belong to the group of people who are terrified of hospitals and knives, so the non surgical face lift really caught my eye.
The refirme treatment sounds good to me. Sounds like something that would suit me. I know that it’s not up to me to decide, but I was wondering if you can recommend a doctor that knows what he is doing?

I have read many Thermage reviews and all of them are pointing me into wanting to have the procedure done. I am tired of the sagging skin that age is giving me. I need to find a procedure that will have very little side effects, if any at all, as well as a treatment that will not have much downtime associated with it. I think that Thermage is the right solution for me. I look forward to discussing this with the doctor and hope to be scheduled soon for a treatment.
