Is the Sixty Minute Facelift™ right for me?

The Sixty Minute Facelift™ is safe and effective for all skin types.

When can I expect to see results?

Most people see a gradual and continual improvement over the course of their treatments. The total number of required sessions varies depending on the condition of your skin. During your initial consultation, your medical practitioner will personalize your treatment schedule to achieve optimal results.

Does it hurt?

No. The Sixty Minute Facelift™  treatment is very comfortable and requires no topical anaesthetics or other skin preparations. For your added safety and peace of mind, the technology features an advanced patient comfort system, which monitors your skin and keeps it at a soothing cool temperature throughout the procedure. Some patients describe the sensation as a light flicking against the surface of the skin.  There’s no surgery, no sedation, and no downtime. And most procedures take 60 minutes.

How long will the effects of the procedure last?
The procedure immediately tightens existing collagen and stimulates new natural collagen production for up to six months following the treatment.  Unpublished reports by experienced cosmetic doctors indicate that results may last for several years, where by that time the natural aging process has caught up.  Annual top up treatments may be required to prolong results.

What areas can be treated?

The entire face and neck including;

- Periorbital region: forehead and area around and under the eyes

- Mid/Lower face: cheeks, area around the mouth, jaw line, jowls, & area under the chin

Is the procedure safe?
The procedure has an excellent safety record. With over 250,000 estimated worldwide patient treatments to date the reported incidence of side effects is less than 0.1%.  The most frequently reported incidents are classified as swelling, redness, bumps, and blisters on or around the treated area.  These side effects have disappeared in a few days or weeks.

How many treatments will I need?

Studies suggest that on average, an effective treatment regimen is 3 treatments, spaced 4 weeks apart. The treating doctor will discuss the course of treatment that is right for each patient, based on the patient's needs and goals.
